About US Dollar Index
The US Dollar Index (DXY) measures the value of the US dollar against a basket of six major currencies: EUR (57.6%), JPY (13.6%), GBP (11.9%), CAD (9.1%), SEK (4.2%), and CHF (3.6%). Maintained by ICE, the DXY is the primary benchmark for dollar strength and is widely used by traders, central banks, and economists. A rising DXY typically pressures commodities priced in USD and emerging market currencies.
DXY is listed as a Hyperliquid HIP-3 perpetual market. Prices track traditional-asset exposure synthetically and do not represent ownership of the underlying shares, ETFs, commodities, or cash instruments. Educational market data only — not investment advice.
