XLE is a synthetic perpetual market on Aster (AsterDex) tracking the State Street Energy Select Sector SPDR ETF, which seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of the top energy companies in the S&P 500, including businesses across oil, gas, consumable fuels, and energy equipment and services. This is the same underlying asset as CoinBeaver's Hyperliquid-listed XLE perpetual, but Aster is a separate venue from Hyperliquid's HIP-3 markets, with its own price, funding rate, and liquidity.
